1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after order confirmation, unless a different timeline is mentioned on the product page. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays. During high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you through email, phone, or SMS.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on selected products across India. If any shipping charges apply, they will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Standard Delivery: 2 to 5 business days after shipment
- Remote Locations: 5 to 7 business days after shipment
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, local restrictions, remote locations, or other logistical factors. Lovely how roads, rain, and courier hubs still control e-commerce dreams.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation message with tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing the order. If the address is incomplete or incorrect, our team may contact you for correction. If we are unable to verify or correct the address, the order may be cancelled and refunded. H2QUA is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
6. Refused Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, the order may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, refund eligibility will be reviewed after the product is received and inspected.
7. Damaged Shipments
We ensure secure packaging for all orders.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear images or video of the damaged product
- Packaging images
- Unboxing video
Once verified, we will assist with a replacement or resolution as per our Returns & Warranty Policy.
8. Missing or Stolen Shipments
If tracking shows the order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.
