If something goes wrong, we will review it fairly and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

1. Returns & Replacements

Return or replacement requests are accepted only in eligible cases and must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Eligible Cases

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged on arrival
  • The product is defective or not working properly
  • You received the wrong item
  • An item is missing from your order

2. Required Proof

To process a return or replacement request, the following proof is mandatory:

  • Clear images or video of the issue
  • Invoice or order confirmation with order number
  • Unboxing video showing sealed package opening
  • No unboxing video = no return approval.

Yes, it is strict. Fraud also exists because apparently some humans saw e-commerce and thought “free product machine.”

3. Not Eligible For Return

Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used
  • The product is damaged due to misuse
  • Product is returned without original packaging
  • The request is raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • Minor colour, finish, or packaging variation due to lighting or screen settings
  • Damage caused by incorrect handling, dropping, water misuse, or unauthorised repair

4. How To Request A Return

Step 1

Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Step 2

Share your order number, invoice, issue details, images/videos, and unboxing video.

Step 3

Our team will review your request.

Step 4

If approved, pickup will be arranged within 1 to 2 working days, depending on serviceability.

Step 5

The returned product will be inspected before final approval.

5. Refund Process

Refunds are processed only after the product is received, inspected, and approved.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days.

Refunds may be issued to:

  • Original payment method
  • Store credit, if selected by the customer

Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.

6. Exchange Process

If the replacement request is approved:

  • Replacement will be shipped after product inspection
  • Priority dispatch will be given for approved exchanges
  • Replacement timelines may vary based on stock availability and delivery location

7. Warranty

H2QUA comes with a 6-month replacement warranty against manufacturing defects.

Covered Under Warranty

  • Product not functioning properly due to a manufacturing defect
  • Internal functional defects
  • Charging or activation issue caused by a manufacturing fault

Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Physical damage
  • Damage due to drops, impact, or mishandling
  • Water misuse or improper cleaning
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by unauthorised repair
  • Damage caused by using the product against the usage instructions
  • Cosmetic scratches, dents, or minor finish changes after use

8. Important Notes

  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Unboxing video is mandatory
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • All returns are subject to quality inspection
  • Warranty claims are subject to product inspection
  • Approval is at the discretion of H2QUA’s quality check team
