- Rinse before first use. Fill the bottle with clean water and run one complete electrolysis cycle without drinking it. This flushes any residue from manufacturing. Discard the water afterwards.
- Use filtered or RO water. Fewer dissolved minerals mean cleaner electrolysis and more efficient H2 generation. Tap water works, but hard water reduces membrane efficiency over time. Avoid distilled water; it's too pure and lacks the conductivity needed for effective electrolysis.
- Charge fully before first use. The OLED display shows battery status. Full charge takes approximately 1.5-2 hours and supports multiple cycles.
- Familiarise yourself with the OLED display. It shows electrolysis status, a live cycle countdown timer, and battery level. Nothing to configure, just read it.
Running a Cycle: Step by Step
- Fill to 200ml. The bottle capacity is sized for therapeutic concentration, not hydration volume. Leave a small gap at the top; do not overfill.
- Close the lid firmly. Proper sealing maintains gentle internal pressure during H2 generation, which improves dissolved gas retention.
- Press and hold the power button for two seconds. The OLED activates. The countdown begins.
- Wait five minutes. You'll see micro-bubbles forming throughout the water. This is H2 gas being generated at the titanium-platinum electrodes and dissolving into the water. Normal.
- Drink within 60-90 seconds of cycle completion. Open the bottle as soon as the cycle finishes and drink immediately. This is not a preference; it directly determines how much H2 you actually consume.

How Many Cycles Per Day?

- Using water above 45°C. High temperature damages the PEM membrane over time and reduces H2 production efficiency.
- Shaking the bottle after cycle completion. Agitation directly accelerates H2 escape from the water. Keep it still and drink calmly.
